This policy explains what Tomoe (“we”, “us”) collects and why. Questions or requests go to krishant@tomoeai.com.
During the early beta: only what you email us
Tomoe is in early beta. This site has no forms and collects nothing through them. If you email us, we keep what you send, so we can reply and manage your beta access.
We do not sell your email, rent it or add you to anyone else's list.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and reliability. An email you send us travels through your own mail provider, which handles it under its own policy.
After launch: connected accounts
Tomoe works by connecting to accounts you choose. This section describes what we plan to do with each once the product is live. We will update this policy, and tell beta users, before any of it starts.
- Search Console and Google Analytics: read only. Tomoe reads queries, pages and traffic to plan the week. It cannot change your settings.
- GitHub: Tomoe reads the repositories you select and opens pull requests. It never merges, never pushes to your default branch and never reads repositories you did not select.
- WordPress, Webflow, Framer: Tomoe publishes only articles you approved.
- X, LinkedIn, Reddit: Tomoe posts only what you approved, unless you turn on sending without approval for that one channel.
- Sending inboxes: outbound email goes from separate, warmed inboxes, never your main domain. Tomoe reads replies to those inboxes so it can show them to you and stop follow ups.
- Slack and Telegram: used to show you drafts and take your approval. Tomoe does not read your other channels or chats.
What Tomoe will not do: read your personal email, message anyone on your behalf without approval (unless you enabled it for that channel), or use your private data to train models for other customers.
People Tomoe finds for you
Finding buyers means looking at public posts where someone asked for a product like yours. We will keep only what is needed to write one relevant note (name, the public post, a work email where it can be verified), honour every opt out immediately, and include a way to opt out in every email.
Who we share data with
Only the services that run the site and, after launch, the product: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider, and the AI model providers that draft content. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We will list every processor by name before launch.
How long we keep it
Emails you send us stay while we manage your beta access, until you become a customer or tell us to remove them. If we stop building Tomoe, we delete them. After launch, disconnecting an account deletes the data Tomoe pulled from it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to krishant@tomoeai.com and we will do it within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies; if you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will email you first.
