Terms
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the Tomoe early beta (“Tomoe”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to krishant@tomoeai.com.
Who runs Tomoe
Tomoe is founded by Krishant Sethia. For anything about these terms, beta access or your data, write to krishant@tomoeai.com. A person reads every message.
Tomoe is in early beta
Tomoe is not generally available yet. Early beta access is by invitation, after a conversation with the founder. Nothing on this site creates an account, a subscription or a payment, and writing to us does not guarantee access. We invite people at a pace that lets us look after them properly. The features described on this site are what we are building; some may change or arrive later than others before launch.
The morning brief on the home page is a sample. Its numbers are illustrative, not results from a customer.
Your approval comes first
Once Tomoe is live, it will never publish, post or send anything on your behalf without your approval, unless you turn on sending without approval for a specific channel. That setting is off by default, applies to one channel at a time, and you can turn it off at any moment. Turning it on for one channel never turns it on for another.
You remain responsible for what is published or sent from your accounts, including content you approved and channels where you enabled sending without approval. Read drafts before you approve them.
Acceptable use
When Tomoe launches, you agree not to use it to:
- send spam, or email anyone who has opted out;
- break a platform's rules, including Reddit, X and LinkedIn community and automation rules;
- impersonate anyone, or make claims about your product you cannot support;
- promote anything unlawful.
We may pause or close access for anyone who does.
Your content
You own your product information, your documents and everything Tomoe drafts for you. You give us permission to process them only to provide Tomoe to you. We do not use your private content to train models for other customers.
This website
The site, the Tomoe name, the character illustrations and the copy belong to Tomoe. Third party names and logos on the How it works page belong to their owners and indicate planned integrations only, not a partnership or endorsement.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the early beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
Changes
We will publish full terms of service before launch. When these terms change, we update the date at the top; changes that affect beta users are sent by email first.
